Frac Water Holding Ponds ATOKA provides drilling/frac water permitting, design and certification by professional engineers for the siting and construction of dams and ponds. ATOKA professionals take you through the COE and State of Arkansas permitting process and design your facilities to meet all regulatory standards, including the Regional General Permit and Regional Condition #5.

Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Studies ATOKA has conducted a variety of Environmental Assessments and Environmental Studies for a wide range of clients.  Some of clients include rural electric utility companies, natural gas and energy companies and private corporations. Our projects have included the assessment of ROW maintenance activities and water facilities expansions on public lands.  These projects were completed under the jurisdiction of the USDA Forest Service and the US Army Corps of Engineers.  

Pipeline Stream Crossing Permitting A COE permit is needed wherever a pipeline crosses a stream. ATOKA assists clients with all their permitting needs and takes the project to a successful completion. The COE is attempting to streamline and reduce time constraints in acquiring these permits. ATOKA works closely with the client and the COE to assure that permits are acquired as quickly and efficiently as possible.
