ATOKA was adopted from the Native American heritage shared by the owners. The name is derived from the Choctaw language & means “fair playing field” in the game of stickball.

was incorporated in 1994, and expanded in 1996, through the combining of companies owned by Joe Henry, Cliff McBryde, and Jerry Overton. This unique combination created a company with experience and expertise in just about any basic engineering or environmental project you could imagine. ATOKA
currently provides services from offices in Hot Springs and Little Rock. Our corporate headquarters is in Hot Springs and our Analytical Laboratory is located in the Little Rock office.
