The Real Estate Transaction Mold Screening (RETMS) survey is a stream-lined version of our typical mold assessment, focusing on identifying existing mold problems and /or moisture intrusion problems that may result in future mold concerns. In addition, the mold sampling methods utilized are selected for quick turnaround results, usually within five business days. The RETMS does not use invasive sampling (i.e. - cutting into wall or ceiling cavities) to locate hidden mold, but other inspection techniques (visual and instrumentation methods) can be effective in determining if hidden mold potential exists.
